I know that there are a few Tuscanites in and around Nottingham. As yet I haven't tried to restrain my car to the indignity of a multi-storey car park.
So, what's the storey? Does the limited stearing lock make it a total no-no, or is it possible with a bit of care? Am I likely to take any paint of on the concrete ramps? Or am I wittling about nothing?
Any experience (esp. in Notts) gratefully recieved.

I have parked mine in most of the car parks in Notts and had no problems.

Watch you don't tw@t the rims on concrete kerbs - like I did

The kerbs tend to be at least 30 feet high in multi stories for some strange reason

Most multistory carparks are OK, you just need to be really careful. Keep as far to the left as possible (assuming the ramp is on the right) and start turning a bit sooner that you normally would, so you go onto the ramp slightly diagonally. Especially in Stoney Street carpark

Nice one - Thanks
Mind you, I'm going nowhere at the moment with what appears to be a dead battery (no red LED on the dash and the plippers don't work). The really annoying thing is that due to the tight squeeze my "garage" is, I can't access the rear or the passenger side of the car to get to the battery. Whats more, its in gear with the hand brake on!!!!!!!!!! Should prove interesting.

Oh well, I guess it won't be going anywhere it shouldn't while I'm away at xmas, even if they did find the keys (which they won't!).

Aaaahhhh!!!... Don't the hot, lid-less days of summer seem a long way away now. Roll on spring!!
