I am really struggling to choose a colour for a Tamora that I intend to order in January/February. Does anyone have any great suggestions and photos I can check out?

So far I am am torn between estoril blue with prussian blue and grey interior and Halcyon Midas Pearl with prussian blue interior (i fear too much blue though!). Does anyone know what these cost (paint wise). Are there any other combinations people would recommend with links to pictures would be nice!

thanks in advance

I think you're doing well to have narrowed the colours down so much. I put down the deposit for my first TVR yesterday (a T350) and I'm not even close to choosing the colours yet!

Good luck

Not really anything to suggest, just a heads-up to say I have a few pics of mine online. Its Halcyon Space Blue Pearl.

Quite a wierd colour. It varies from looking almost black, through a deep plum, through to a slate blue.

Interior is a combintion of mid and light grey (can't remember the names) and dark blue seat and door inserts and carpets.

I love the paint, not 100% happy with my interior though.

James here:

Rosso Pearl (now Rosso Glow) with a nimbus and bison grey interior...like mine. GTS blue is nice as well.

Blues work well with Prussian and Portland interiors.

Actually, correction, my interior is one dry blue carpet and one soaking wet one.

Spotted it today after the really heavy downpour we had - drivers side foot-well is soaked. Carpet hanging over the bath at the moment and footwell now upholstered in one of last weeks Independents...

And only days after you told me you had a leak in the passenger side, James. You put a curse on me or something?

Neil,
I've got the same problem, on both sides. If you look at the door seal, you'll see water gets trapped in the inner fold, then spills over onto the carpet. mine is in getting the exhaust fitted, and the mechanic is going to put a slit in the seal, at the bottom, to let the water spill outside

Our Tamora is Halcyon Midas Pearl, and she looks fabulous in that colour - IMHO this colour really brings out the lines of the Tamora. Pearl paint is supposed to be around £600 extra.

However, be aware that this colour is difficult to match - we needed a nose respray recently to repair minor damage to the paintwork(not the bonnet, just the nose and wings to the doors) and the cost was around £1300.
