One of the seals on my targa panel on my Chimaera is slightly starting to peel from the panel, the seal itself is in good condition so what is the best way to re-bond it?

If you mean the rubber seal that meets along the length of the side window glass then on mine the rubber sits in a channel. At each end I've secured the rubber from moving with a dab of superglue.

Sounds like it's the same then, if thats the one your talking about Corin, then Yes it slides into a channel!

Ed to Add:-

If it's the Targa hoop seal? That just pushes into place. If that has come loose pull away the seal where it's loose, squeeze the seal opening together and push it back into place.
