Ah. So you mean Visual Basic for Applications or VBA????
If so and you have Office or some other MS ap then you already have VBA.
Try the help (I know, and I'm not trying to wind you up), or go to MS for some basic tutorials.
Also look at the specific MS forums.
MS help can be a real pain, but you can also learn a lot from them.
