Well done MG, in less than 2 years that company has been turned around. They really do deserve this award.

Hmm, I'm very impressed with what MG have managed to do in such a short space of time but I'm not sure that fixing the MGF would make it my "Cabrio of the Year".

This is very good news. I've not driven any of the new MGs, but I've read good stuff about them & even Clarkson likes the new MGTF (he hated the old MGF). I don't think anyone can claim not to be pleasantly surprised by MGs efforts in the last 12 months.

I had the car on test a week or so ago and apart from a flat tyre I found it a joy to drive and if only they had spent more time sorting out the inside (far to many types of plastic) instead of raiding the parts bin it would have been a 10/10 car for me. Handling is greatly improved on the old one and the styling is nice too.
