4.2, Reg No. LF05 KRE, 22k miles..

The grey colour was absolutely gorgeous, but it had alot of paint damage on the boot lid and roof. Also looked like the bonnet had been resprayed as it was a slightly different colour from the wings. Windscreen and back sscreen looked new too.

First thing that popped into my mind was that someone may have vandalised the paint from front to back over the mid section of the car as the wings etc were fine.

As one of the 5 last cerbs ever made, i hope the new owner gives it a good respray and enjoys as other than the paint it was stunning in every way.

Anyone shed any light on it? Is the previous owner from PH?

Cheers,

James

How much did it go for ???! Assuming all in order except paint I would say its worth £25K ? But I bet it went for under 20k? I would have had to buy it if I was there !

Hi Gazza,

It went for £16,600 (ridiculously cheap in my eyes), i bid up to £16,000 as that's what i'd set as a limit.

Hope it went to a good home.

Cheers,

James

Bargain! Provided it's not been in a smash or anything.

Cheap - but it would be a bugger to paint and blend in just the roof and bonnet though. Looking at a complete respray shirley?

Just seen it advertised for £22K .. it looks stunning and has obviously been resprayed as it looks flawless in the images except that the bonnet does look a little different colour. I'm really tempted but I've owned 2 cerbies before and several other TVR's and really want a change but the interior exterior colour are stunning and its the last 5

Hi,

I own this car, just wondering how you know it's one of the last '5' Cerbs?
I knew it was one of the last but one of the last 5 is great to know.

Thanks

True enough, my contributions have been scarce!

Thanks for your response. I'll see if I can do some more digging and find out a bit more about the old 'gal. Taking her to Goodwood FoS this weekend, Just hope the weather holds!

Thats good odds on woman scorned. Far too common especially for trevor owners. Taste in cars high, taste in reliable women low.

Looked good at the FOS

Holding its own in good company and as usual the Cerbera gets the attention.

Looks like the supercar parking area - from which I read that TVRs had been banned?

Would this put you off buying it?

What would put you off?
As long as it's in good condition ie paint and chassis, has good history (annual servicing and lots of parts changed relatively recently) and the engine is fine then it's a bargain.
It's a lot darker than Grigio titanio. And looks like it needs a full set of carpets.

Agree, that's definitely not Grigio Titanio as I know it.

Could be the same colour as mine, Highlands Grey Pearl, looks mostly metallic grey but has a gold fleck in it in some lights and can look almost black in others.

A recent attempt at trying to capture the colour close up that failed tbh.
