Wow Stuart, that is one bold colour scheme - but it works! Sweet

Care to put up some details (how long did it take, how much etc) - I'm sure we'd all be interested?

Original Interior was Bison a mix of grey and the suede which was blue - but had bloody glue all over it. So I had a temper tantrum and the factory agreed to retrim it under warranty, so I then pushed for an upgrade to full leather to make up for it! ;-)

They agreed but I had a to contribute a token amount....

The interior took between 1 and 2 weeks...Though the car has been gone for longer than that - due to some body work issues which in the end neccessated a full respray!

On another note - had my stereo upgraded - 6 by 9 speakers fit in no problem and make a hell of a difference! also had a head unit which plays mp3s WMAs put in so now can fit a few hundred tracks on 1 cd! Who needs a multi changer I say!

Which head unit do you have, and is the IPAQ for satnav? Which satnav are you using and how do you find it?

Head Unit is a Pioneer DEH P5500MP which sounds awsome with updated speakers.

Sat Nav is fantastic - I use Tom Tom Navigator plus a list of all the speed camera locations - check out this post I made.

Cool!

My head unit is one of these;

www.pioneer.co.uk/uk/product_detail.jsp?product_id=3176&taxonomy_id=25-121

for two (or 3) reasons;

- much better audio quality than standard unit
- the rotary dials I thought echoed the rotary control on the car
- i wanted something i could just grab and turn (to alter volume/track selection) - the old standard unit is too fiddly with tiny buttons IMHO

It also can play MP3s but I've also got the optional AUX input connector to which I have a breakout cable that comes out in the little scoop under the dash - this is where I plug my iPod in - 7000 songs on the move!
