Pity, played well for us at times; we've a number of alternative options now thought that would've pushed him down the order notwithstanding falling out w/ the Manager.

What's the betting that he scores against us before the season's over rolleyes

Anybody know what the row between MA and SB was about?

Apparently BFS is after James Tomkins?

Maybe media speculation but hope not, as I think JT has been great this season. A lot of papers are reporting on BFS battle with moaning fans, he's gone now and remember he got us back in the prem - Job done! Move on Big man - we have!

Rod.

Zero chance of that happening, inevitable lazy media stirring up.

I googled it and it was from the Mirror, so I wouldn't be too worried. Wouldn't be surprised if they're right about Nolan and Amalfitano however.

Nolan a probable i'd have thought as well - although played for toon so that have a bearing? Doubt Amala though - don't think he was a BS signing at WH.

Does anyone think we can get a point, or even three, from Palace? I've watched some of their extended highlights this season and they look like a seriously decent side. Cabaye is allowed to run wherever he likes, so it is going to take a very disciplined performance to keep him quiet. I really liked Pardew, wish he had never shagged Hayden Mullins' missus and he could have made us a seriously decent side...

I recall the Mirror some years ago saying we were going to buy Ryan Giggs. laugh

Big Sam could make a move for AC tho.

There'll score, we'll score... depends on whether we can score more or the same!

Agree in Pardew - hopefully he'll be in with chance of the England job one day.

I vaguely remember that Giggs nonsense - struggle to think of a player less likely to come to WHUFC.

Can't see AC going there either.

I thought Pardew ploughed Mrs Reo-Coker. Meh.

Pretty sure it was Mrs. Mullins, but it wouldn't surprise me if he'd had a go on Mrs. Reo-Coker as well. After all, he shags who he wants.

Also can't see Sunderland forking out for AC's wages - apparently Fletcher is on £100k+ per week, AC is worth more than Fletcher in wages, so I'd say it's a no go. Talk about a testament to the Dave's, though. Not so long ago we would all be stting ourselves if we lost AC, now it wouldn't be so much of a problem. They've done a fantastic job for our club, and the local community, I think we should count ourselves lucky they got involved when they did.

Indeed. I'd imagine Mrs Harewood would have been gagging for it as well, Marlons aim wasn't the best was it.
