My links don't work :(

On my Website piesite.com all the links on the Links page refuse to open in a new window,they just open in the same frame.I've set the terget frame to new window as _blank

Any ideas what im doing wrong (again)

Cheers Bodo,Operator error im afraid where the site was on totally seperate pages when i refreshed i got the page refreshed.Now im starting to use frames they dont.
