In Barcelona.... Chim neatly packaged in the UK as living in the centre of BCN and have no real need of a car and travel with work, so just hire a car when one is needed.

Good idea for a Spain forum, I have a few things which it will be useful to discuss

Oil & Gas... project controls for my sins.
Owned this place, halfway between Marbella and Malaga (inland) for a few years but now it's more of a permanent relocation or base.
Confirmed expat oil and gas industry we! smile

Thinking of doing a 6 month rental for my Wife in the Denia area.
She liked it that much in the summer, thought it might be a good way of testing the water before a full jump.
I work freelance for a Germany Company covering the North America so my home base is not so important now the kids are grown.

How you enjoying your Mk2 Overseas ?

Hey guys,

I was in Madrid for 8 months earlier in the year, but when I looked this part of the forum did not exist frown

Still, I am glad to be back!

Chris.

Of the two, the Mk2 is the touring car, a quieter and more subtle ride than the Sagaris, although both are getting equal use: she's very smooth, softer ride set up, just a pleasure to drive.
We are looking around the entire area to sort out where/if to finally settle, and covering a lot of ground.
With the temperature now dropping from the mid-summer highs top down is a more comfortable option at last!!

Yes, we kept the top up in July / August but it was a pleasure in the evening top down.

Noise wise, tried sleeving the cans but didnt make much difference. I've just decatted it so sounds much better now.
Not sure the neighbours agree though !?
