Well been talkin with accountant earlier today, caus ebeen thinking of going on a spending spree and buying a new car. But I have seen some Commercial development land for offices and was thinking of moving all my businesses to a office complex, and letting out the spare office space to other business startups in the area. Thus this would allow me to manage all my interests under one roof save the amount of rent i would be paying to someone else which i could divert onto a business loan/mortgage. The only draw back is that i will have to wait 18 months or so before i get a new car

Is there any commercial building contractors on here i know there are some electricials and data engineers.

Just looking for pointers of who to talk to abou getting something together.

Steve - where are you based? What sort of sq ft are you looking at. I used to work for a firm of contractors - who you choose and the method of procurement (design & build, traditional) will depend on the size.

Steve, I have a mate who did a simular thing awhile back. He gutted/rebuilt and old print works. There is good money to be had with serviced type offices/workshops.

Any help I can offer? (I was involved to a limited extent)

Best of luck

Paul.
