New House Build Electrical Contractor Question

I am looking for a Few Electrical Contractors where i throw them work. The work will be to Wire/Rewire a house from top to bottom.
I know this is likely to be done in stages.
I have a few questions given a Scenario. Construction of a New 5 Bed house double Garage. Complete woring of 3 Basthrooms (Showers, Shaver units and Lighting), The lighting controlers will all be at a single location enabling remote control of all lights and appliances. Hence all wiring can be distributed from theis point.
What will be done on First Fix second Fix and possible 3rd Fix if needed and the rough cost for labour only All materials are supplied.
You will be working along side a nother person who is incharge of the automation/data/telephone system who can be used as a labourer if required installation.
