Smartphone speed camera database/apps??

Hi
Im about to buy a smartphone and cant decide between the iphone(no really), HTC Hero and Nokia N97
It may even boil down to something like which has the better speed camera app and database
The reviews on the Apple apps store suggest theirs are rubbish
Where can I look for reviews or info on the others please?
