Due to a recent three point debit to my licence, it's time to invest in a device to help protect against further blemishes on my otherwise clean record.
I've had a quick butchers through the forum and the devices above seem to be popular with the RA Pro Connected possibly the most popular.
Which would you recommend and why?

FYI: I was nabbed going West where I'm well aware there is a fixed camera for Eastbound traffic but the crafty beggars must've had a van pointing the other way.
I'm looking at getting something to do the same - managed to pick up 6 points in 6 weeks - both Scamera vans.
I can spot the yellow fixed cameras but by the time you've seen the van you've been had.
Think i'll probably get a Tomtom 750 Go Live. Apparently uses the same information, updated in real time, as the Road Angel connected. And it's a sat nav too. Live services £7.99 a month though.

There's also an older thread on a number of these units from a while back. I have had the RA Pro Connected for just over a year now and rate it highly prior to the Pro Connected I had the standard RA I think it's fair to say that my clean license to date is down to having had one of these devices for the last 8 years or so.
I use an Inforad K1. £40, free updates for life (uses the PocketGPSWorld camera database, so tends to err on the side of caution), battery operated and discreet.
Can't really go wrong - yes it gets mixed up when you're on fast roads and a camera is close on a slower road, but that's a small price to pay, and you still get plenty of warning (20 seconds default, you can adjust it up to 1 minute) so you can easily tell if it's a legit activation or a false alarm.
