Caterham to play with, heading for Nth Wales this w/e

Have an R300 to play with for the weekend, and it strikes me that I should find somewhere which will do it justice. I could potter around my local roads, but where the fun in that! So, 220 miles will see me in North Wales apparently a hotbed of excellent driving roads & beautiful photograpic scenery...a no brainer really I suppose! Any other Caterham folks out there? I'm intending to stay in a B&B near Betws-y-Coed or Bala, then set off for some fun driving & photography early Sunday morning.....

Any advice on recomended accommodation & driving routes apppreciated,and of course if your a fellow PHer up for a drive on Sunday give me a shout!!

you do realise that the friday before october half term is the busiest day of the year on the north-wales roads, don't you?

Which weekend are we talking about? If its this one its a bit late now to make some plans. Next weekend (Sat 24/10 on) is the start of the half term I'm sure and some of the local lads could be rallied upon to have a blat
