Can anyone supply this - preferably an e-mail address?

The reason I ask is I want to write a snotagram to them as I'm fking fuming. My father (in his 70s) wanted to buy my Son a trike for his first Christmas present, but given we live in the sticks and have no access to Toys R Us wanted to make sure it was suitable.

He popped into his local store, spoke to a member of staff, and asked if they had a leaflet on said trike. They didn't so he asked if he could take a photo of it to show to us when he next visited. No problem says member of staff, so my father tells the member of staff that he'll come back with his camera the next day. So he turns up, tells another member of staff about the conversation and they offer to take the trike down so he can take a picture. He then takes a pic and the next thing he knows is the utter of a manager comes storming over and virtually accuses him of being a Paedophile and follows this up with a bking about how dare he take pictures doesn't he know there are children around. Understandably my Father was quite upset by all this - no one likes to be accused of kiddie rustling.

I'm sick of the UKs Paedo nonsense and want to write to the MD and ask him how He/She think it's acceptable to treat their customers like this and hopefully get the manager reprimanded. Whilst I understand they may have a no photo policy, the way they went about implementing it was outrageous.

If they have a no photo policy, Its up to the staff to enforce it, Seems like he had permission from staff,

I'd write a letter to the manager on site, If an apology is unforthcoming then escalate, At least give the guy a chance to make amend or more rope to hang himself

You could try calling the number below and ask to be connected to the PA of the UK MD.... or if they refuse, get his name, and then write directly, be polite and state the facts...

Bad day for the manager?

Still totally unacceptable mind.

Can't help with a trike, but if you want a battery powered ride on car, we sell these, and you can take as many pictures as you like!

Yes, playing devil's advocate one can't help but wonder if the same manager has had a bking by head office before because some ninny has complained about someone taking a photo of their kid on Toys R Us premises....

This. The manager should be hung drawn and quartered for being such a halfwit

Common practice in Silicon Valley. Apple is located on 'Infinite Loop'. Nerdtastic.

I don't get this.

Why would a paedo take pictures of kids? Do they have no imagination? Grattan catalog kiddies section? Doing it on commercial premises in front of lots of people?

You would have to be retarded to simply assume anyone with a camera around children is a paedo.

Brass Eye was spot on with it's paedogeddon, unfortunately it has got worse since it seems... I blame parents with low IQ's who read newspapers.

I just think it's a waste of money these companies paying to move to particular streets or buildings just for the name.
