Navigationdisk.eu - any experiences?

A few months ago I bought a car with Satnav fitted but it did not have the actual DVD disk. The car is a VXR8 and a dealer has told me that the disk is around £250. I have not bought a disk yet as I already have a TomTom 740 which I like but it can be a pain if I am using the car for work and need to remember to take the TomTom with me.
I was browsing the net and found a website "navigationdisk.eu" which would sell me a disk for the Vauxhall DVD90 system for around £25 delivered. For that price it would seem that I can hardly go wrong but was wondering whether anyone else had used them and could comment.

Why would a reputable dealer be using a blogging system (Wordpress) instead of a proper website ?
