Discovered a road called Box Hill today off the M25 J9 towards Dorking I think... single carriageway up the hill but wide dual carriageway downhill, with hundreds of bike everywhere..... and the old bill!!

My griff felt 'pedestrian' compared to some of those guys, especially the guy on the R1 that got his knee down right in front of me... good old boy!!!!

It's been a haunt for years now, and a bloody good one at that, was that the road advised to you yesterday on the forum?

No, I came accross it accidently after taking the little one to some farm or other near there... it's just the Dad's decided to take the griff as the sun was out... on the way back we took a 'detour'..

Think I'll have an early morning blast up there, maybe that way, the bikes won't seem like swarms of bees...

I was obviously going far too slow
