About to cook for 10...

Sausages, bacon, black pudding, hash browns, beans, mushrooms, eggs and toast. It's all getting cooked, chucked in serving dishes and popped on the dining room table.

The butcher loved me yesterday when I phoned the order through.

After a heavy and very long night of clubbing...

What is so great about this is that my 20 year old son made it for me in his kitchen of his own gorgeous apartment in the jewellery quarter of Birmingham where he moved at the beginning of the year. He's all growed up and independent. And looking after me! So bloody proud.

Tell the boy his dad needs some moisture on his bacon butty after such a session.

Still, good lad for making it for you.

Yes it does look a bit dry.... a runny fried egg would have finished it off nicely. Though top marks for him being up and making it for you in the first place smile
