Cubed potatoes, well washed to get rid of as much starch as possible, shallow non stick pan, touch of oil and fried. Add a bit of chorizo at the end and I added a sprinkling of something green, think parsley or maybe coriander

Needs another rasher, egg and that black thing to disappear (yes, I'm a heathen, but not my thing), but otherwise .


Presentation doesn't really exist with most fry ups - really all about what, how, quantity and taste.
