TomTom Rider v1... Where to get spares??

Got myself a Rider V1 for pennies from Halfords as it was an ex-display the other day... Unit itself works perfectly (needed a new battery) but I need the little door at the bottom which covers the SD card, as this was missing...
Anyone suggest anywhere which might be able to supply me with one? I've tried tomtom, they say they have none, also tried a site called compu-sat.co.uk, but they were out of stock on the same part
Only other thing I can think of doing is make something with some neoprene, and hope that keeps the water out on journeys! Have a touratech mount for it aswell, so holding the unit secure (unlike the dodgy standard tomtom mount) won't be too hard!
Any other ideas or suggestions on what to do?? Other than buy a new unit that is (as I can't afford...)
