Reckon you must be one of the very last. Can't see there being that many 65 plate S4's about. Collecting mine on the 7th.
Out of interest, why don't you guys wait and get the new version? Just wondering if the B8 or B8.5 we called it better than B9? Surely Audi won't allow it?!?!?Tuscan Wil said:

I would never have got the discount on the new version, that I did on my one (picked up at the end of July). Plus with no details on the new model, and no release date I wasn't in the mood to wait what could be the best part of 6 months. Adrian E said:
Probably more like a year to 18 months before any orders are actually fulfilled - don't think anyone is even taking orders as yet?
This, plus the discount available. Order books open Oct/Nov for the B9 but still no details as to whether the S4 will be released at the same time. The Avants won't be available until Spring though based on usual Audi release, so I'd say the 1st B9 S4 Avants are probably still at least a year away. Tuscan Wil said:

As others have said, managed to get near enough £10k discount plus the new S version will not be around for 12-18months.FUBAR said:
Did I imagine it or was there talk of the B9 S4 being available with the 3.0 twin turbo diesel (I guess out of the SQ5). Should be some car.
Directly questioned in latest Evo mag and it's a no go. It would physically fit but no business case for it.Engine will be a new 3.0 turbo.
Hi all,
Sorry to be a pain but trying to figure out what wheels fit is proving tricky, I know ideally I want ET43 with a 66mm center bore, 8.5J width.......but these seem v rare secondhand.
Would Q3 wheels fit, Peelers with Et36, 8.5J but looking online the center bore seems smaller according to online?
Is there an acceptable range of fittings?

Centre bore must either be identical or use a spigot ring to downsize a larger one. Smaller is no good without a machine shop (assuming enough spare material). Q3 is effectively an old A3 so still uses older wheel fitment.
A few mm either way will be fine but a notably different offset will likely give you clearance issues with either the arch or suspension components.

Finally picked up my S4 yesterday. Have been for an audi RS day recently so was expecting to feel a little underwhelmed with the S4 but it just feels so right. No decent pics yet, but here is the standard cringeworthy pick up. Salisbury Audi were fantastic by the way on both the deal and the service. Really impressed.

Congrats great colour that! Looks to be a black edition - have you posted spec before?
Thanks! Can't actually remember?! It's a Sepang Blue, Black Edition Avant Nav I think (the updated model year from June) so has the tech pack included basically. Otherwise I kept the spec to:
sports diff
Audi Drive Select
Adaptable dampers
Folding mirrors
Parking system plus
Storage pack
Oh, and a silver headlining.
Loving it!!
