defo agree mate, he hasn't earned his stripes yet......but he's got another belt for pacquiao to add to the collection so they made the fight
So is it down at Light-Welterweight then? Makes sense, think that is probably PacMan's 'true' weight...

my mistake, I though many was going down....not the case, algieri is going up. the fight now makes even less sense. algieri gets to keep his belt regardless but manny's ww title is on the line.

fkin hell, will Tyson Fury ever get his arse whooped? Is someone going to step in? Fury is an awful tt and that but he's reputed to be in good shape, feel a bit sorry for him, this was a world title eliminator, someone must be interested

I feel some sympathy for Furty as well. Yes he is a tt but he does amuse me from time to time, have you ever seen him sing? He does seem to have got himself in shape for this fight as well.

It does seem a bit odd that his last 2 planned opponents have dropped out..... Coincidental perhaps?

I'm pretty sure that being repeatedly punched in the head by a 18 stone 6ft 8 is not high on most peoples bucket list but I'd be surprised if both Haye and Chisora were running scared of him. No stand in announced as yet, BBC saying that Billy Jo Saunders fight is now top of the bill... Got a feeling Fury is going to loose the plot, professional world level boxers don't start calling out members of the public to have a scrap in Bolton town centre!

I don't understand peter fury. tony Thompson has offered to step in to fight but he refused him stating that Tyson won't fight any of the guys trying to make a name for themselves calling him out on twitter.

this is a guy who states he is the best heavyweight on the planet yet ran from pulev, looks like he's running from Thompson and Ustinov(!!!) and ,let's be honest, looked like a scared little boy next to david haye in the press conference for that aborted fight.(remember him refusing to remove the sunglasses etc.??)

breaking news from warren.......just been looking over at the boards of boxing news 24...... looks like warren has got Ustinov (who has been sparring chisora in the build up) to take the fight and fury has accepted.!!

apart from the hiding kubrat pulev gave him last year Ustinov has kept a clean sheet. couple of eyebrow raising wins on his resume but admittedly sprott, barret and tua were way past their bests(obviously)

he's a big ,stiff , flabby fker but fk me he can take a shot!! awkward and very slow but should give fury some very valuable rounds after all the recent inactivity

Might be a bit too early, I know Fury isn't exactly Lennox Lewis, but Anthony Joshua underestimating him could be a very negative impact on his career. Joshua hasn't really fought a 'proper' boxer yet, and plus he hasn't got many rounds under his belt. His biggest test is going to be in October, when he faces Michael Sprott.
