So fess up - who's actually driven theirs in the snow this time? Did contemplate it for a second last night when I had to get something from the garage, then sanity kicked back in. biggrin

I need to go into town later, so bus or walk or 7? Given that the 7 refused to start on Friday, I'm guessing it might be a rhetorical question...

I've been happily whizzing sideways across the estate, but then there's no salt down here

Just back from a local dealership and picking up my mail in the Caterham. I was a bit afraid I would get stranded on the driveway because of all the snow, but had no problems whatsoever. Just stepped on the pedal and I was out. biggrin
Couldn't resist to play on an empty parking lot for 5 minutes on my way.

Come on chaps, you have to try it in the snow at least the one time - you might like it!

with 230bhp and 179lb or talks, every wet day of the year is like driving in the snow beer

I drove mine in the snow, well the days that I could get out of the carpark!

My feeble attempts.

I have to say that the heated screen is a brilliant tool for removing ice. you can just push it off, no scraping required once it's been on from ~ 1 minute or so.

Turn the lights on and they get so hot they clear the ice from themselves.

I'm planning to fit the heater back sometime before the New Year. Hopefully it'll provide some warmth as opposed to leaking coolant and causing me havoc!
