Do any of you guys know where I can find one?

With all the salt on the roads and the snow about, the car'spent more and more time in the garage, so when we came to take it out to get new tyres, the thing wouldn't start!

Where's the best place to get one, without paying an arm and a leg for it?!

Thanks for any help!

Foxy, when I had my TVR I bought a solar charger from innovations magazine. I never really expected it to work to be honest but it did...very well I might add. Best of luck

I left my griffith in a garage with a 1ft square window which was about 5 metres away from the car for 3 weeks, it started first time & never would have normally.

Hi Foxy,
I bought mine from my local Porsche dealer ! ( because a mate of mine works there!) It plugs into the mains and into the cigarette lighter on the car as it is a constant live . Easy. you can then easily shut the car door and leave it. I went away on a months holiday over christmas and the car started first turn . I think it cost £40.00

I used an Accumate that plugged into the cig lighter on my 355. Worked a treat (even in the dark!).

Foxy,

If he comes back empty handed, the Accumate is the biz. Keeps my Cerb happy while the snow on the drive melts.

I've just put one of these on the MV & left it on day & night so far.
Is it safe to leave it on like this?
Will my electricity bill suddenly skyrocket?

If it's an electronic controlled Accumate or similar then yes, you can leave it on.

Electricty bill will be around 1 to 2p per day

You can buy a Porsche tickle charger from any Porsche dealer. Works just fine.
