There's been a lot of discussion about which bushes to fit to a wedge and superflex seem to be the favourite. But which grade should I use. The Superflex site says there are 4 different 'hardness' grades or colours. Which is the best for a wedge (400SE). Any help much appreciated.

Lesley,
Got me - I thought there was only the one type! Got mine from Wedge Automotive about 6 years ago. Try Tower View as they may help.
I have the lower anti roll bar link ones and the track control arm ones which you can have for 1/2 price if interested. (Unused)

Leslie, as far as I recall, not all types of the bushes are available in all the hardness grades anyway, so you may only have a limited choice. On my 390 they are a dark blue colour, but not having driven it with any other type, I can't comment on what difference there might be!
I'm fairly sure that all polyurethane bushes are firmer than standard rubber ones anyway, so even going for the softest would be firmer, if you see what I mean...

Edit: worth remembering that if you use a very hard bush, you transfer more shock and vibration into the chassis welds... and your backside ...

I have been looking at Superflex for my 350SE and was confused by the 4 grades.
In reality there is no choice - the grade is selected by Suerflex to suit the application. See parts list on www.superflex.co.uk - you can buy direct.
