How do you fit the arm restraints supplied by Caterham. I tried to google and search the forums but couldn't find anything definite. Being a safety item, I want to make sure I am doing it properly

Pics would be helpful :-)

the velco loops go round your forearms/wrists, the little loops go over the "nibs" of the shoulder strap buckles before you clip the buckles into the the central lock. That way the arm restraints are released as soon as you undo the harness. Adjust the length so that you can reach all the controls, fire extinguisher, helmet visor, etc - but not so long that your arms could flail around outside the rollcage in the event of a crash.

Or just fit *one* of them to a cupboard at home, and the other to your race kit bag. That's what most drivers seem to do rolleyes
