ML280 mirror indicator fault

Clipped wing mirrors today with a 4x4 comming the opposite direction, result is after I put the mirror glass back in everything works except the flashing indicator lights in the mirror. The service indicator indicates this fault. Is this a case of changing some bulbs, or a LED unit or whatever?
