Menorca / Minorca

Evening,

thinking of a trip to Menorca / Minorca (what's the difference?) for a week in early June - looking for recommendations on which resort to stay in before I start checking out accommodation.

It's just the two of us and we're looking for decent restaurants, not too many loud bars and nice walks and historic sites.
