Where to get my TAG Formula 1 strap fixed/replaced

One of the pins in the links came out ages ago, and I've been glueing it in place for months now every time it came loose, but it's finally escaped.

I took it into Goldsmiths before xmas to see if they could get it fixed or give me a price for a replacement strap, took 2 weeks and they did nothing with it.

Will it have to go back to TAG? Am I better finding a smaller dealer to send it back to them? What's a new strap likely to cost, or can they just replace the pin for me?

Try alex photi at perpetual-time i know they are good with tags.
