roads and places on a European tour...
I suppose i am being a bit lazy here ladies and gents, however i have a small favour to ask you all. (and TBH it gives you something to do when your fed up with work midmorning!)
I am in the process of planning a tour of Europe with the wife. What i require is a list of worthwhile places to see, stay, drive etc etc. Now i will be taking in some of Europe's finer roads in the alps and in switzland and will be heading for Monoco at some point. For those of you that have done this sort of thing can you each give me one reccomendation of decent routes to take or places to stay.
Ideally something a bit different but not in the arse end of nowhere, just a small post with info and start finish places..... I am looking for places that are good for walking, driving through, eating at, blasting past in the car etc etc
I will be trawling through the older post on here as well closer to the date.
I was thinking of going in Aug for about 12-18 days.
