Pulled up into a secure car park in Leeds this afternoon, locked the car and went shopping.

When I returned, the front nearside indicator had disappeared and the alarm had gone off. Fortunately it's still present but stuck on the insede behind the grill. I can only assume that some toerag's had a go at the car while I was out Why?

I've had a look in the bible and replaceing looks a nightmare. A trip back to the dealer's looking inevitable. I've only just got her back from the last bloody repair!

Matt, it may have just dropped down whilst you were driving - they are only stuck/bonded in... easily fixed back with some black silicon, take front grille off, trigger gun it round the flange of the indicator and secure with some masking tape till it goes off...

good luck

I remember looking back at the front as I set the alarm and both lights were there! Nevermind, these things happen.....

I've had a good look through the bible and a search through the forums, there's no way I'm going to attempt removing the front grill! The risk to my fingers let alone the body work's too great. I'm due an MOT soon so I think I'll leave it until then and add it to the list of irritating niggles that need fixing for it to pass. The light looks fairly secure and I've no plans to go far in the meantime.

Thanks for the advice though!

Matt
