Check out www.autotrader.ie , and search TVR 390

£7k is damn cheap , in actual fact at todays exchange rate , it's closer to £6k

This must be one of the very last 390SEs to be built. Did the 390s and 400s overlap in production? I always thought that the 390SE finished when the 400SE started.

The 390SE overlapped the 420SEAC and larger engines (mine was used as the test car for engines & gearboxes), but the 400SE post-dated the end of 390SE production ... if you can believe the reports - Streaky

That one is a series 2, which is like mine, but this one has the OZ split rims.

Not really sure if 390's were fitted with the OZ wheels, some suggest that maybe the very last few were, but I don't think that was ever confirmed.

I can confirm that they did come with OZ wheels. Mine has got them, although I haven't owned it from new I don't think they were ever changed. Just to back this up, I also have a brochure card thingy, and the 390 in the picture also has OZ wheels on.
