saw this recipe on TV last year, thought it looked good. Finally got round to trying it tonight - delicious!

I saw this recipe on the TV series and thought about having a go at it. Now having acquired 10 Rabbits and only cooking 3 of them I've a surplus, and this maybe just the trick.

I used panko bread crumbs, and I wished that I had deep fried them at a slightly lower temp - maybe 150, and also next time I will do a double crumb layer. With "normal" breadcrumbs 170 is probably right
