Chimichurri sauce
Discussion
Who has a good recipe for this?
I tried it for the first time at some kind of Beefeater place a few weeks back when away on business and really liked it, so I assume a proper home made version will be even better. It appears the basics are oil, vinegar and parsley but there are all manner of variations on the theme, so what will go best with the large bone-in rib steak I'm having for dinner tonight?

Well I tried to make it, and it was worse than the version I had at the Harvester
I'll try it again tonight with my roast pork belly and see if it has improved but it really didn't taste quite right yesterday, more like a vinigrette with some herbs in it than what it's supposed to be.
