I ordered a strap from RLT, having read good things on here. He told me it would take two weeks, and after that I chased him, with no response. Another week's gone by, and I've checked my Paypal account to see that the order is "Cancelled".

No communication at all. Decidedly disappointed, to say the least.

In fact, no. I'm decidedly pissed off, actually!

I agree. Two dealings, one dreadful communication, one no communication whatsoever. About 2 years ago.

My experience has been excellent - 2 straps ordered within the space of 1 week, & each arrived the next day after ordering. Perhaps I was fortunate that the straps I required were in stock.

Oh and the watch is thumbup even though the strap is el' cheapo but then for what it cost I'm not surprised.

Get down to Maplins. They do a proper screw back tool for about £8.

I have a decentish tripple point one. one if you are not careful you can scrath the watch if it slips. I thought I'd give teh ball a try as everyone is raving about them didnt work on 3 watches I tried

Ah, ok. Yes, you can slip. I haven't (yet).
