What do we think of this? Makes a nice change from the traditional Seamaster?

yes I like that very much, the colour combination is brilliant, and unusual for an omega, but still a limited edition (in excess of 3000), perhaps if you could just get the second hand changed to get rid of the olympic rings, I think id be able to love with the case back !!

It's alright (at least different!) but a bit garish!

2010 for worldwide sale to the public, but what about all the Athletes, and IOC execs, I would imagine they can get one at whim !!

IOC members would almost definitely get one - but the athletes? definitely not....( unless they bought it for themselves)

Kirk Freeport here in Grand Cayman have one. Tried it on this morning, actually very nice looking, but a hefty premium over a standard Seamaster.

I came on here to ask what watch it was in the tv advert, saw this post and thought here we go.

But its not the one, anybody know what one it is.

Has a darker face than this one.

I'm pretty sure it's the Planet Ocean also in limited numbers for the winter olympics

Hope this isnt too blunt but that is fking gash and frankly ste. Its like a Ferrari Store. Somewhere in amongst the tinsle and the glitter theres something hopeful but its painted in a bright shade of tat.

I presume when the 10th anniversary of the twin towers comes round they'll make the hour and minute hand look like 2 towers and they'll stick a small plane on the end of the second hand and finish it off in a smokey rubble colour rolleyes

I really like that to be fair, but I think it looks like a Russian team special edition with the bezel in red, that font etc... Certain Soviet connotations, for me at least!

Very nice though, I think it looks pretty good, but then I don't like the Seamaster in Orange, think that looks cheap (especially after seeing the Alpha copies)
