Help valuing this Omega???

Hi all,

Just wanted to ask peoples help in valuing this Omega below. My friend inherited after his Grandad died. His grandad was a Major-General in the Nigerian army and the watch was a present from someone known as a quarter-master-general. Condition wise, it looks as if the watch hasn't been worn, but it does have two slight scratches on part of the bracelet. The watch doesn't really have much weight to it, so not sure if this means that its just gold plated etc.

Can anybody recommend the best place to sell this watch.

Probably early 70's Auto, no real idea to price but I would have thought £250+ ish private.
