Man V Food .. Good Food channel 9pm tonight
Discussion
Some bloke eats lots of food in the USA, sort of like a burger the size of a VW Beetle etc etc.

"9pm, Good Food
A new show in which food fanatic and heart-attack-waiting-to-happen Adam Richman scours the US for the biggest food-eating challenges. He starts off in search of the Sasquatch, a burger almost as fantastical as the mythical beast it's named after: "4lb of burger, over 1 1/2lb of toppings and a 2lb homemade bun the size of a barstool cushion." It's the kind of food only Homer Simpson could manage and Richman has to eat the whole thing in an hour, something only four people have ever achieved – although they don't say whether or not they actually survived."
Sounds like my sort of show. I once made a 2lb burger and home made bun, they are really filling

Just watched it, the show was fab! Made me feel so damn hungry though! First there was the fried chicken which made my mouth water, then the BBQ ribs which caused me to start drooling. The Sasquatch burger didn't have that effect on me as it was nothing special, just a huge version of a fairly standard burger. But it was certainly epic. I'm not surprised he couldn't finish it though!

Same here, the pork looked the tastiest. I loved the way they trimmed the fat off those pieces of chicken but then fried it in deep fat The burger looked a bit dry and too "processed" for my liking, though the size was impressive. He seemed to have more than a quarter left as well.

"so Richman groans like a man having his perineum tongued by three cheerleaders as he ingests each warm mouthful of stodge. "http://www.guardian.co.uk/tv-and-radio/2010/mar/13...
