New Watch on horizon

Thanks to the great offer with Tesco and Goldsmiths I have come within 65% of having enough vouchers for a new watch, possily an Omega,Ihave a couple of queries that I hope someone can answer, firstly even though I havegot an incredible deal with the voucher offer does any one know if I have any room for negotiating, and if I decide to top up and move to a much better quality watch such as an IWC can I use these vouchers at Watches of Switzerland as they are part of the same group. Thanks for your help.

I was told no discounts if using the vouchers by my goldsmiths.
