My water temperature gauge bulb has blown and i wonder if any owners know if its an easy job to replace. I am supposing my MB dealer will suggest i need to swap the car or charge me a daft sum for fixing the problem. Anyone any experience of this?

Maybe a few hours to set aside and take care as there are tabs that may break so some gorrila glue at hand to repair. Also, it might be worth going to Mercedes parts and getting the whole set of bulbs if it isn't to expensive as you can replace them all as it is not a job to do twice.

Well this guide should sort you out.

What colour is your 32AMG? got any pictures to share?

The crossfire service manual is a little weak in this area so I haven't bothered including that.

Thanks slacker, the links are very helpful and it is a good idea to change the lot. My car is brilliant silver and lives in a garage and is seldom used especially this weather. Everytime i do drive it i cannot believe the power these cars have. Will try and do some pics this weekend.
