I was just about to answer the same and provide the Blowers example. From what I have seen from watching their website Blowers are not shifting these watches (recently and quickly) at that price either. I wouldn't pay anywhere near the amount he is asking if I were banking on passing that on quickly at a profit!Look at what dealers are asking:

I was just about to answer the same and provide the Blowers example. I've got one myself but I know someone who bought one recently and he got hold of one relatively quickly for around £7k brand new.
I was told by someone I know in the trade that the supposed huge waiting lists were generally made up of jewelery shop staff looking after mates who would then sell it to a dealer. Obv the bloke in the jewelery shop gets a couple of hundred quid for his trouble. Sounds fairly plausible to me.
