Thought I would post (not that its needed) to say how great Dom H is. From initial enquiry to order to sourcing to collection - 1 week. Now that's service. Without a doubt will recommend and use Hackett again. First class.

I think I will second that. Yet to get the watch as it is coming from Switzerland but everything so far is super smooth and efficient.

Totally agree - he got me a Panerai recently, the whole transaction was spot on.

Snap, he sourced a new face and hands for a Rolex 16010 and got it completely serviced in 3 weeks. Keeps near perfect time, will defo be returning to get something new when funds enable!

It was somehow much smaller than I ever expected it to be.

Guy is definitely a true gent. I used him on the "other" side, to sell a watch. Managed to source a buyer within a week, a price was agreed. Everything handled well.
