Anything else similar to a Rado Cerix?

First off when it comes to watches I'm a real noob and it's my first ever post in this section on PH

I'm looking for something that’s different from the conventional round/rectangular case with a straight strap.

I once saw someone wearing what I assume to be a Rado Cerix and it really caught my eye as it looked very distinctive.

I keep looking in all of the usual places on the high street but have never seen this watch or anything similar in the UK or at any of the airport shops.

Of the Rado watches that I've seen, I'm attracted to the ceramic black finish and I'm told they are highly scratch resistant which will be good as I work in engineering.

Is the Cerix still available and can anyone suggest any alternatives of a similar design?
