Hi folks, Some little toe rag yanked the bonnet star off the old girl last night. I think I have most of the bits but can't work out how to tension it all up. Has anyone had a pop at this in the past, and any tips? Thanks in advance Mike.
Just used a pair of pliers when I had to replace mine. The old one was more difficult to take off due to years of grime, the new one I fitted until finger tight, and then a slight contolled twist with pliers to get it to the locking point.
