Seiko Kinetic - opinions?
Discussion
I only just discovered this forum - my dad's into his watches and last Christmas I thought I'd buy him a Seiko Kinetic watch; personal reasons behind the purchase.
Here's a picture of the watch:
Has anybody had one of these or got an opinion on it? The old man says he gets compliments on it whenever he sees a watch enthusiast - and seeing as he's not got a lot of life left in him I'm glad I could get him something sentimental, as he always mentions it when I see him.

Really like that; I like both the face and bracelet. Here's a picture of the watch:

Nice watch!
I have one of the first Kinetics, a Sports 150 divers watch. It has seen lots and lots of abuse over the years and just keeps on ticking. I have had it for 15 years and it hasn't been serviced once.
