Theres a Spider living in the next village sporting a set of Azevs, and they look ace.

TBH this was more an exercise in laziness / money saving than a particular desire to get rid of the teles.

I loved the design, but they needed some work to make them perfect, plus the tyres were finished and wouldnt get through another MOT.

Im on strict instructions (on pain of death hehe ) not to spend a fortune on the Alfa this year. So for €100 ive swapped up to some nice, bigger wheels, with some good tyres.

As long as the seller is not tell porkies obviously.
Time to kick her in to touch, she's getting in the way of your true love. biggrin

Im not familiar with the scam - although I presume its to do with the huge taxes levied in Denmark, making the tax-free price very low (for export).

Would love to hear more smile
I lived in Denmark for some years , the scam was because of Denmark's horrendous car tax the base cost of the cars was low by Euro standards so a lot of dealers were exporting to other Euro country's

I know an Alfa dealer there who was advertising in UK car mags and MB dealers were selling more Mercs back to Germany that were being registered in Denmark smile

FWIW I think it looks great without any spacers. Plus spacers generally leave me feeling very unhappy.

Hope it goes through easy. CBA with faffing around / spending on it at the moment.
Come on then, how much has it cost?

AZEV's aren't pretty and they destroy the handling.

The AZEVs look much better and more satisfying to my eyes... Just looks right... shame the 16s handle better!

They look nice!

You've probably said before, but how many layers do you use & and how easily does it come off? I.e by choice or otherwise?

Could you mask off parts of the wheel, plastidip it, and pull the mask off before the plastidip dries? Was wondering if it's possible to, say, polish a lip and mask it for instance?

Those Azev wheels look brilliant in that darker colour, really suit the car IMHO.
