Filming at Hatfield House today, all 10 of them had to recreate Heston Blumenthal's seaside dish with the musical shell and food on a 'beach'.
He's one of the judges and i've no idea who the other 2 are.

I'm watching Series 2 episode 11 right now! Please don't say who the top 10 are if you know.

Although I did wonder where they would go this year.

I really like the Australian format. Whittle it down to top 24 then a series of challenges, cook-offs, elimanations and masterclasses. It builds the tension more than the UK version.

Series 1 was excellent.

Apart from the fact they let that incompetent old frump win. I think they were trying to cash in on the whole 'Susan Boyle' factor.

Did not think it was on in the UK yet.. a friend :cough: downloaded the first 5 episodes for me...
