In the wine making process how much residual sugar is left in the wine once it's bottled?

That depends on the wine. A bone dry muscadet will have less than a sweet sauternes.

I was just wondering as I remember an advert for Holsten Pils
saying that all the sugar turns to alcohol.

If there is sugar left in wine after the making process I wonder how many grams
per litres there are of say, a Rioja.
