Hi guys,

Its the OH's birthday this weekend and I'm trying to think of a decent place to take her for some high quality nosh... Any ideas? The Dining Room in Reigate looks ok, anything else around this neck of the woods?

The Dining Room is pretty good, if you fancy something more intimate you could try the sister restaurant Post (upstairs) in Banstead.

Yes, went with the lady and it certainly pleased all concerned!

Was on the F-word iirc.

This was a mid range place, not cheap, not expensive, it said it was optional but was on the bill.
I agree with the card machine, just a bit rude, however service at said place was very good so they desrved their 6 quid biggrin

I tell you where I went the other day - Massala in Cobham. Wow what an amazing Indian restaurant. Food is out of this world - apparently the chefs cooked for Charlie Boy and Di when they were on a state visit to India. Not that cheap but well worth a look if you are in the area. www.massalacobham.com
